Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:
    Simcoe Holistic Health, 64 Cedar Pointe Drive, Unit 1402, Barrie, ON, L4N 5R7
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.Once your item is received a refund will be applied on the original payment source.

Refund Policy

Simcoe Holistic Health offers education, advocacy and guidance through the process for registration with a licensed producer.  The fees paid to Simcoe Holistic Health in consideration with Option 1, 2 & 4 are directly attributed to the non insured services offered by Simcoe Holistic Health and no affiliated physician.  To secure an intake appointment to start your registration and education a $50.00 (CAD) deposit is required to book your appointment.  If after your intake appointment, if you do not want to proceed no further funds are applicable as you would not have completed the education process.

If you are not available, cancel your intake or medical appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a rescheduling fee will be applied of $50.00.

Once the education, services and registration is completed no refund requests will be reviewed or accepted as the services agreed to were delivered.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking/handling fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are arranged directly between the purchaser and the manufacturer directly.
